Ep 1 - Kelly Wright talks supporting the partners of people with poor mental health.

Like many coaches Kelly Brings experience from overcoming struggles in her own personal life to the table with her work.

Unlike me (where that experience is from working on my own mental health) her experience is working with her partner's mental health.

The partners and family of those who suffer are often undersupported and in fact even feel like they don't deserve support when they aren't the ones with the "real problems".

Both myself and Kelly believe that all problems are subjective and that everyone should be able to get access to the support that they need.
