Ep 12 - Weight loss is simple, but that doesn’t mean it is easy!

 In my first session back since my holiday I have returned to the topic of weightloss, specifically focussed around my own philosohpies surrounding the mindset of weight loss.

We are told that weight loss is a simple case of calories in vs calories out and although this is factually true it isn't so simple for someone who struggles with the mental aspect of it all.

In this episode I break down many of the strategies that I will be using in my own weight loss over the coming months.
