In this episode I talk about imposter syndrome, the (often incorrect) belief that we aren't the right person for our role.

It's a common problem within the coaching space and in employment as a whole so I believe a lot of people will get great benefit from adressing it.

The techniques outlined in this episode are a great way to challenge any negative beliefs you may hold.
