Steve Parke was a first for me. The first guest that messaged me asking to be on the podcasts, usually I'm the one chasing down guests!

He told me about his approach to training and about how he and his wife run a training service that incorporates not just training for the body, but the mind too.

They put a huge emphasis on intuitive training and ample recovery and this was something that I just loved!
