Ep 36 - Kelly Wall talks about why she is a fan of diet clubs.

Kelly is a client of mine who has had one hell of a journey.
By the time we had met she had already lost the majority of her weight, a feat she had accomplished through using Slimming World.
One of the things Kelly wanted to talk about on the show was how - contrary to what a lot of my industry (myself included sometimes) are saying - she believes the diet club industry has a lot to offer.
On this episode she talks about the highs, the lows and her ever evolving relationship with both food and herself.
