From a fitness point of view 2019 has been frustrating for me so far.

I picked up a nasty bout of sciatica right at the top of the year and at the time of publishing it's still there now.

This pushed me into a short term process on focusing on one thing: "I CAN'T RUN WITH SCIATICA!!!"

This lead me nowhere good. Here's how I got past it!
