Simon hall along with a team of 7 others will be climbing Kilimanjaro LITERALLY the day this podcast goes live. So it was great to get a chat in with him ahead of their chalenge to get inside the mind of a man who likes to push himself to the limits.

It's something we hear a lot on this podcast and there's definitely something to be learned here, if you want to expand the things you are capable of you have to push your comfort zones, no 2 ways about it.

Simon is an awesome dude with a hell of a lot of passion for living his own life to the full and helping others to do that too.
