Bonus Episode - It’s OK not to be OK, but it’s also OK to be EVEN BETTER!!!

There's a slight possibility I may be drunk whilst posting this episode. But hey-ho!

This evening I got on a little rant whilst out for dinner with my wife about how the mental health community has a "clique".

I've pondered on how the clique thinks about things and have decided that my mission is not theirs!

So even though I support the concept of "it's OK not to be OK" then I have a new message for you:

It's OK not to be OK, but it's also OK to be EVEN BETTER!

Would love some feedback on this episode as I believe the several courses of food and wine have allowed a side of me to come out that I would otherwise keep suppressed!
