Ep 138 - Burnout And Empathy

Burnout is no fun and it's probably something that most of us have experienced. Especially those who are always putting everyone else first.

During the recent events I have been doing what I can to try and help as many people as possible... left one person out of that though didn't I?

And I imagine a lot of you have been in that situation too? All the extra pressures of home-schooling and still trying to show up for your self too? It's exhausting!

So this podcast and this week's episode of The Meantal Health Family Hour are my only contribution to the world of mental health this week and you know what? That's enough!
