Ep 139 - Men’s Health Week

It's men's health week, which I inadvertantly read as "men's mental health week" when I saw it... check your filters Dave! But that lead me to the question why do we even need a men's health week?

Well, the simple answer is that men (on average, not ALL men) are more likely to ignore illness, both physical and mental (except for man flu... by god will we tell you about that!) and try to push it to the side.

This is something that is generationally drilled into us and in 2020 is it still the right approach? In this episode I discuss that and more. WOuld love to know your thoughts on what it means to "be a man" in 2020!
