Ep 66 - Dave talks about making your recovery YOUR responsibility.

Recently a lot of my thoughts have been around how to get people to take more responsibility for their own development.

As a coach my job is to educate, but also to inspire people to take that education and put it into action, that's where the real magic happens.

One of my biggest regret from my own journey with mental health is that at first I was very RE active. I didn't get the help I wanted, so I didn't help myself.

I got very lucky when a new doctor assigned me for some mindfulness work out of the blue, it literally transformed my thinking.

I could have accessed this work in books all along though and I didn't. I don't want others to suffer whilst they wait for their lucky break!
