You'd never say "I felt so motivated to lie on the couch, eat Dorritos and binge Netflix" but you were!
We think of motivation as an ON/OFF thing, either it's there or it is dramatically absent. But that just isn't the case. (It's also massively disempowering to think you can't do things when motivation doesn't show up!)
So I don't talk about motivation, only momentum and that can go both ways.
